I have a background in IT and management with 15 years of experience working with software and systems that contain software. I started my career as a software developer doing R&D at the European Space Research and Technology Centre in The Netherlands and following into project management, I have since had various managerial roles. My management skills are broad and deep and cover areas like engineering manager, project manager, subcontract manager, development manager, test manager, and operations manager. |
I have managed projects in the space industry as well as in the software package, telecom, and Internet industries. I enjoy working with customers and am committed to customer success and customer satisfaction. I have always had a good relation with the customers I have been running projects with. I thrive in dynamic organisations and am always open for and drive changes that optimise the work. I’m very much a team player but also deliver high on personal results. I am an internationally oriented person and my preferred working language is English. |
